Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Charges will appear on your statement under the name of our payment provider.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to courier availability and may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Deliveries are sent to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
Medication will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with safe storage and handling requirements.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as medication cannot legally be reused once it has left our pharmacy. This is in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
